Due to the intimate nature of our products, Jockstraps.com accepts returns or exchanges only on items that are unopened, unworn, and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been tried on or removed from their factory seal.

Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package and Ship

Securely pack your items and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping to our processing center.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the seals and packaging, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
